CAMA: a multi-format robotic solution for the parapharmaceutical market

At the heart of the system is a next-generation 3-axis robot, integrated into a compact line capable of handling four different aerosol and bottle formats, with variable packing configurations and the insertion of vertical dividers where required. Vision-based inspection, dual cameras for quality verification and RB 003 robots, which ensure reliability and precision throughout the process, further enhance system efficiency. The solution is completed by ACL technology for the automatic loading of die-cut blanks, designed to simplify operational activities and further streamline line management.
