Extrusion coating lines

Gap Srl builds special extrusion lines to produce films and in particular double and triple bubble systems for simultaneously and contactlessly orientating materials in LLDPE, EVOH, PA and multilayer structures.

The San Pietro Mosezzo (NO) based company also produces extrusion coating lines for laminating different materials at speeds exceeding 500 m/min, and cast lines dedicated to CPP, embossing, stretch and barrier film. The Gap extrusion coating and laminating lines can be equipped with one, two or three extrusion units, offering a better laminating between paper, film and aluminum foil. Available in different models (Light flex, Flex flex, HP and NWC), can produce rolls varying from a min. width of 800 to a max. width of 2000 mm.
