A new generation of melters from Robatech: introducing Alpha

Multi-purpose and versatile, the new Alpha melter delivers outstanding performance thanks to its ability to melt up to 12.5 kg/h of thermoplastic adhesives.

Equipped with the Robatech Control System (RCS), Alpha ensures smart operation and offers a range of interfaces that simplify integration, control and monitoring of the adhesive application process – achieving system optimisation rates of over 99%. 

Thanks to its compact footprint, versatility and innovative 45° hose connection, Alpha can be easily integrated into production lines where space is limited. 

In addition, Alpha’s electro-heated hoses and applicator guns are fully backward compatible with models dating back to 2000, making it an ideal solution for upgrading existing plants. 
Finally, an optional automatic loading system enhances safety by streamlining the work of line operators.
