Modula inaugurates its new headquarters in Germany
In the heart of Bavaria, the new Modula GmbH headquarters spans three floors with a total area of 2,200 m²
After years of work and consolidation in international markets, Modula celebrates a strategic milestone with the inauguration of its new headquarters in Gersthofen (Germany), a key step in the company’s journey toward internationalization and the digitalization of business processes.
Modula’s presence in Germany has now been established for over a decade, with a solid network across various districts of the country. Today, with the opening of the Gersthofen headquarters, Modula places the core of its German operations here, further strengthening its proximity to customers and its ability to offer a complete and integrated service.
Located in the heart of Bavaria, within a strategic industrial area, the new Modula GmbH headquarters extends over three floors with a total area of 2,200 m². It represents the perfect synthesis of modern architecture, functional efficiency, and customer experience.
Spacious, bright, and welcoming areas house the Sales, Back Office, Finance, and Customer Care departments, as well as a highly qualified technical team that forms the operational core of Modula Germany.
On the ground floor of the building, there is a state-of-the-art Experience Centre, where customers and partners can enjoy an immersive journey into Modula technologies, observing up close the automated storage solutions and their evolution over time.

The official inauguration, held on November 18, was attended by the entire international team, the German staff, the mayor of Gersthofen, representatives from the Chamber of Commerce, and other institutional authorities, who took part in the ribbon-cutting ceremony in an atmosphere of great enthusiasm and shared pride.
The year 2025 has been particularly dynamic for Modula, with new offices in Colombia, Singapore, Australia, Denmark, and India, as well as the ongoing expansion of the U.S. facility in Ohio (+15,000 m²).
With the Gersthofen headquarters, Modula reaffirms its mission to bring Italian excellence in automated logistics to the world, combining technological innovation, customer care, and industrial culture in a project that confidently looks to the future, with a heart proudly made in Italy.
