Gampack Group: excellence and innovation in industrial packaging
Founded in 2003, Gampack has established itself as a global benchmark in secondary packaging and turnkey end-of-line solutions. With over 26 years of expertise in packaging automation, the company serves the food & beverage, cosmetics, pharmaceutical and pet food sectors in particular, offering bespoke, highly efficient systems.
Innovative DNA
A recent example of Gampack’s know-how is a line developed for the pharmaceutical industry, designed to pack cartons into RSC cases.
The carton packer machine squares the cases, which are then filled by a six-axis robot and finally sealed with adhesive tape, reaching a production speed of 12 cases per minute. The next stage involves a labelling machine that applies a wrap-around label to each case for pallets destined for warehouse storage.
As the cases advance towards the palletising cell, a cobot places them onto pallets in the required palletising pattern.
The Gampack solution demonstrates the company’s expertise in delivering high-tech, tailor-made systems built to meet the specific requirements of each industry and designed to fit even within space-constrained environments.
Flexibility and reliability
Flexibility is a cornerstone of Gampack’s offering. Its machines can be rapidly configured for different pack sizes, formats and production requirements. With more than 1,700 installations worldwide, Gampack delivers bespoke solutions backed by a highly professional after-sales service that sets it apart from the competition.
