For fast embellishment and finishing, Prati introduces DIGIFASTone, a state-of-the-art converting line specifically designed for the wine & spirits label sector.

A synonym for precision and versatility, DIGIFASTone processes a wide range of materials with thicknesses from 12 to 350 microns, including self-adhesive labels, clear-onclear, wrap-around labels, shrink sleeves, plastic films, as well as unsupported paper and plastic materials. Fully digital and modular, and built on the new open-platform FUTURA technology, the system allows the installation of additional processing units as required. Thanks to intuitive controls and a series of intelligent structural features that reduce total set-up times to just 8 minutes, DIGIFASTone significantly boosts productivity beyond current industry standards, while ensuring processing accuracy with tolerances of 0.15 mm. Waste material is limited to only a few meters per job, making this machine the ideal solution for short runs by drastically minimizing downtime between jobs. At Labelexpo Europe (stand 3D23/3E17), DIGIFASTone was showcased in the 330 mm web width configuration, equipped with UV varnishing, semi-rotary hot stamping, digital screen printing, semi-rotary die-cutting and rewinding units.
