The Gampack Group, an international player in the field of secondary and tertiary packaging, offers the market a comprehensive range of systems - from stand-alone machines to fully integrated turnkey lines - combining production efficiency, reduced energy consumption, and the use of eco-friendly materials.

Modular architecture and integrated lines

Gampack machines are designed to integrate into high-productivity lines, thanks to a modular architecture that simplifies size changeover and adaptation to different product and packaging types. The modular structure also makes it possible to configure tailormade solutions by combining independent forming, loading, and closing units to meet specific packaging and layout requirements. Compact layouts and quick installation make these technologies ideal even for existing lines, where space constraints and production continuity are critical factors. This design philosophy enables Gampack to deliver turnkey lines - from primary packaging to palletizing - under a single main contractor, streamlining project management while ensuring consistency and continuity across all production stages. Digital transformation represents a key asset for Gampack. The company’s in-house-developed software manages remote control functions, advanced diagnostics, and predictive maintenance, integrating Artificial Intelligence algorithms to optimize performance and minimize waste.

“Green” Range: less plastic, more value

To combine innovation and sustainability, Gampack has developed the Green Range, a line of solutions designed to reduce or eliminate the use of plastic in secondary packaging. Among the most innovative solutions are Mini-Tray, an alternative to shrink film; I-Layer, a system that uses a vertical cardboard interlayer and offers the option of adding an integrated handle to facilitate transport; and Eco-Label, a paper adhesive label that joins containers to create 100% plastic-free multipacks. In terms of sustainability, Gampack’s commitment also translates into the adoption of low-energy-consumption motors and high-efficiency components. The goal is clear: to minimize the environmental impact throughout the entire machine lifecycle, without compromising reliability or operational continuity.

With more than 70% of its turnover generated through exports and a presence in over 50 countries - supported by a widespread network of area managers, agents and local technical partners - Gampack is today a strategic partner for numerous industries, including food & beverage, personal care: pet food and pharmaceuticals. The modularity of its solutions, digital integration and after-sales service represent the three pillars on which the company has built its technological identity. More than 1,700 installations worldwide confirm Gampack’s mission: to design technologies that anticipate market needs and contribute to shaping an increasingly efficient, intelligent and sustainable future for packaging.
