In the pharmaceutical sector, product identification, safety, and traceability are essential aspects. Altech offers an advanced automatic labelling solution designed to apply two L-shaped corner seal labels (on opposite corners of the carton) and a top hologram—ideal for protection and anti-counterfeiting.

The system, safe, efficient, and modular, handles cartons lying flat on a conveyor belt, stabilized by motorized side belts and a top counter-belt. The three ALritma S labelling heads apply the labels with millimetric precision at speeds of up to 200 pieces per minute.

The entire system is made of stainless steel and complies with Good Manufacturing Practices and CFR 21, Part 11 regulations. It is equipped with a Siemens PLC and a touch-screen interface for full process control. Label presence sensors, using fluorescence detection, and automatic ejection of non-compliant products complete the system.
 

This model is configured to handle up to 17 different carton formats. Format changes are supported by the system through the storage of specific operating parameters in dedicated recipes, including mechanical adjustments, all equipped with position indicators featuring digital counters.

The hologram application ensures product authenticity and is supported by a continuous verification system that detects any anomalies in real time and automatically ejects non-compliant cartons.
